Daniel is a litigator admitted to practice in California and Arizona. He represents clients in state and federal court across a range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract, real property, fraud, and employment.
Daniel is an Arizona native and graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, & Law (PPEL). He received his Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as the Internal Business Editor for the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and was awarded “Best Oral Advocate” for the law school’s internal moot court competition.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Daniel practiced in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices of a large national law firm and clerked at the Arizona Court of Appeals for Judge David Gass.
