Biography

Max Gordon is a litigator admitted to practice in California. He represents clients in a wide range of complex matters in state and federal courts obtaining favorable results in various business disputes and government enforcement actions.

Max received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in Translation Studies, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA Law.

While in law school, Max served as Chief Submissions Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. He also interned for the Honorable Helene N. White of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Max was an associate at an international law firm in Los Angeles.
