Michael Hale is a complex commercial litigator who represents clients in high-stakes business and entertainment disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has represented leading companies in entertainment, sports, technology, and consumer products in matters including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, defamation, and environmental and regulatory disputes.
Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Virginia Journal of International Law. He holds an M.A. in History from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in History and Classics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Michael was a complex commercial litigation associate at a multinational law firm in Los Angeles.
