Sarah Diamond is a trial lawyer and business litigator with broad experience in civil litigation, including the entertainment and financial services industries. Sarah has represented Fortune 500 companies, entertainment studios, and talent at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including at trial. She has extensive experience advising high-profile clients on best practices pertaining to contract disputes, intellectual property (IP), employment, and privacy issues to minimize litigation risk. Sarah has defended companies and directors and officers in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract cases, privacy class actions, IP disputes, securities class actions, and derivative cases. Sarah also helps clients proactively plan for and effectively manage all manner of crises, including as they materialize in regulatory investigations or litigation.
A Los Angeles native, Sarah received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America (Commercial Litigation, Entertainment and Sports Law, 2024-2025). In 2025, she was appointed to the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and received a nomination by the LA Times Studios Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards. Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Sarah practiced at large international and national firms and served as the director of programming for a major American film festival.
