Joseph D. Blackhurst

Joseph Blackhurst is a litigation associate with experience representing clients in state and federal courts across a wide range of matters, including contract, tort, copyright, trademark, entertainment, and false advertising disputes.

A Michigan native, Joe earned his undergraduate degree in film and television production from Columbia College Chicago and graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.

Prior to joining Miller Barondess, he practiced in the Chicago office of a large international firm, where he handled a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Joe is admitted to practice in Illinois; California admission is pending.
