Miller Barondess has achieved a significant victory in lawsuits filed by Hollywood Park/SoFi Stadium and The Forum/Intuit Dome challenging the City’s 20-year agreement (plus two 10-year options) with WOW Media to develop advertising and traffic information kiosks throughout Inglewood. This victory is particularly significant for the City. The agreement will deliver substantial public benefits, including critical public safety enhancements and new revenue for City services. The kiosks will provide traffic management, emergency alerts, Amber Alerts, and other important information across the City that will host Super Bowl LXI and the 2028 Olympics.
