Dan is a founding partner of Miller Barondess, LLP, and an accomplished trial lawyer with a record of success in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in California and across the country. He has extensive experience in the real estate, banking and private equity, sports, and entertainment sectors.
Dan is involved in all aspects of managing the firm, including business development, training, recruiting, and strategic planning for the growth of the business. As the firm continues to grow, having added four new partners and 12 new associates within the last year, Dan remains committed to mentoring the firm’s young lawyers to help them become top trial lawyers. He formed an Associates Committee, which meets regularly with partners and provides an avenue for associates to play a role in shaping the firm’s future.
