Mira Hashmall will serve as a panelist for the 28th Annual Litigators Forum on How Sexism Plays Out in the Courtroom in Sexual Assault, Discrimination, Harassment, and Every Other Kind of Case, Big and Small. The discussion will cover the disadvantages and biases women still face as litigators and potential strategies to address these issues at a personal and a broader level.
The forum, presented by the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, will be held in person on March 27, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, at The Aster, 1717 Vine Street, Los Angeles. The panel will also include the Hon. Magdalena Reyes Bordeaux, Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, Riverside Division, and litigators Jennifer Keller, Karen Luong, and Mary T. McKelvey.
