Biography

Allie is a litigation associate with experience representing individuals, businesses, and public entities in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, labor and employment, and government-related matters, and she is known for her strategic approach to complex and novel legal issues. Allie regularly counsels clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through dispositive motions, discovery, and resolution.

Before joining Miller Barondess, Allie practiced at an international law firm in Los Angeles, where she represented technology, e-commerce, and Fortune 500 clients in complex commercial litigation, white-collar investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions. She also practiced at a large national law firm, where she focused on cybersecurity and data privacy litigation. In addition, Allie completed a year-long secondment at Google, serving as product counsel and advising cross-functional product and engineering teams on privacy, consumer protection, advertising, and content-regulation issues for a global digital platform.

Allie earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served in senior editorial roles on both UCLA Disability Law Journal and UCLA Women’s Law Journal. While in law school, Allie externed for the Honorable Manuel Real and the Honorable R. Gary Klausner in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to law school, Allie worked as an employment litigation paralegal at a national law firm. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
