Christian Erwin is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation litigation. He is admitted to practice in California and Illinois.
Christian has represented clients across a range of industries, including semiconductor manufacturing and fabrication, digital radios, computer software, bitcoin mining, and medical devices. He has played a key role on trial teams in complex patent and trade secret cases—successfully securing multimillion-dollar jury verdicts for plaintiffs and full defense verdicts for defendants.
Christian earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his B.A. in Politics, with a minor in Ethnomusicology, from Occidental College. Before joining Miller Barondess, he was an associate at a large international law firm, working in both its Chicago and Los Angeles offices. In 2025, he was recognized by his peers in Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property.
