Dominic’s practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including taking depositions, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and general case management. Dominic has experience representing defendants and plaintiffs in high-profile disputes, including product liability, business litigation, healthcare litigation, and trust and estates litigation.
Dominic earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. During law school, Dominic served on the staff of the law journal Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and was also a member of the Mediation Clinic. Dominic earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. While there, he studied for a semester in Rome, Italy.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Dominic practiced in the Los Angeles office of a large international law firm in its Trial and Global Disputes practice group. Dominic also practiced as a probate litigator at a trust and estates boutique in Los Angeles.
