Julia Staudinger is a litigation associate with experience representing clients across a range of employment, labor, and complex civil matters in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Julia practiced at a boutique management-side labor and employment firm, where she defended employers in single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA cases. She advised clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, and harassment matters, union negotiations, and agency investigations, and drafted corporate handbooks, employment agreements, and compliance-related documents.
Julia earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. During law school, she served as a student attorney in both the Documentary Film Legal Clinic and the Real Estate Law Clinic and was able to utilize her prior experience working in the arts and construction industries.
Prior to law school, Julia earned a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Connecticut College.
