Mark Barondess is a founding partner of Miller Barondess, LLP. A lawyer for 33 years, he has earned a well-established national reputation as a respected aggressive civil trial advocate. As a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory highest “AV” rating, he is listed among its Preeminent Lawyers as distinguished by members of the area Bar and Judiciary. Mr. Barondess has developed a national stature of respect amongst members of the Bar and Judiciary, especially in the area of the settlement or trial of complex high-profile litigation of matters in the entertainment and family law practice. He regularly assumes representation of clients with cases that other attorneys have had difficulty, to resolve those matters with a proven track record of success. Mr. Barondess is a graduate of Virginia Tech, (B.A. 1981) and George Mason University School of Law, (J.D. 1985). Mr. Barondess was a Member of the George Mason University Law Review and a Recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in the areas of Civil Procedure and Domestic Relations.
