Rob is a litigator admitted to practice in California and Texas. He has experience representing individuals and entities in complex and diverse litigation matters, including media and entertainment, intellectual property disputes, white collar investigations, data privacy and security, breach of contract, and mergers and acquisitions.
He received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Rob interned for the New York State Attorney General’s Litigation Bureau and interned for the Honorable Frances Stacy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Rob earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in Advertising and Creative Writing from the University of Houston.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Rob worked in the Los Angeles office of a large, international law firm, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
