In a case seeking over $100 million in damages, Miller Barondess achieved a confidential settlement on behalf of a technology and entertainment executive in a suit involving the acquisition of Fox Mobile from News Corp. The article also focused on an appellate victory on behalf of the County Board of Supervisors wherein the Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment ruling against claims that members violated the Brown Act.
