The AIPLA Summit is the “leading trade secret conference in the nation, with speakers from across the spectrum of private practitioners, in-house counsel, government, and academia.” The event will cover a range of topics, including artificial intelligence and trade secrets, the impact of state and federal legislative and regulatory developments on the protection of trade secrets, individual liability and adjacent common law claims to trade secret misappropriation, and much more!
On Thursday, March 14th, at 1:15 p.m., Ben’s panel will discuss “Funding of Trade Secret Litigation” and will include Stephanie Southwick of Law Finance, Jen Kash of Warren Kash and Warren, Megan Easley of CAC Insurance, and Ashish Chordia of LG Ad Solutions.
