The lawsuit claims that each defendant company engaged in an orchestrated scheme to use CriticalPoint’s confidential and proprietary documents, information, strategies, and business models to interfere with CriticalPoint’s business relationships in California. It is alleged that 48North and Anvil used CriticalPoint’s proprietary information to jumpstart the operations of their businesses. By doing so, they were both able to shorten the time it took to become profitable and cut into CriticalPoint’s business in the process, per the complaint.
Plaintiff CriticalPoint is represented by Sasha Frid, Dominic Nunneri, and Zachary Sarnoff of Miller Barondess, LLP.
